Creative Writing

Creative Writing is, in my opinion, one of the BEST topics to teach your children because it serves several purposes....it works on handwriting skills, grammar and spelling and allows them to use their imagination.

Bryce will be doing a daily creative writing exercise and there is one in particular that I thought I would share with you:

You provide the child with a group of words (I have chosen five).  Ex. cowboy, hippopotamus, ice capades,  money and fly.  They then must incorporate those words into a story.  The more unrelated to words, the crazier the story gets.  :0)
