Dot-to-dot

Good Morning!

I wanted to quickly share something with you that Abigail (age 3) did yesterday.
I think she did a great job tracing her name.  : -)

I made these yesterday morning.  I have them for Abbie and Noah.  Abbie is really just starting to write so her font is darker, I put a space between each letter and I started with all caps.  Noah has been writing so his is very faint, there are no spaces between the letters and his name is written correctly (with a capital letter at the beginning and the rest lower case).  I also made one for practicing numbers as well as one with our address and phone number on it.

This font is great for little ones who are just learning to write!

I laminated everything so they can use them over and over again.  It takes extra time in the beginning but saves time and money in the long run.

If you do not have this "dotted" font on your computer you can get it here.  Downloading and installing is really simple.  This font does not have punctuation marks; if you try to use punctuation (like for writing an address) it will switch over to Times New Roman.
Have a great Saturday!

Happy Homeschooling!

  1. Another Mom in my homeschool group mentioned using this font to me yesterday! What a fabulous idea. I am so glad that you posted the link here because I was going to just start searching through the web for it!
